All of these options are available during the checkout process. Just select the repair you would like and you will be guided through the checkout process. We can not be held responsible for any damage or loss during shipping so you might want to insure the package. We will insure and require a signature when returning the computer to you. Wait for your computer to get back. When we receive your computer we will let you know via email. We will then fix the computer and ship it back to you within 24 hours.
